• Handling by only our most highly trained and experienced specialists
• Meticulous step-by-step inspections of your garments before and after cleaning
• Retexturing, when beneficial to your garment
• Careful re-stitching or replacement of loose buttons, loops, and fasteners
• Lubrication of zippers so they run freely
• Detailed mending for any minor repairs to pockets, seams, and linings
• Hand finishing for all pockets, linings, turn-ups  and other significant details
• Inspection of every item repeatedly - minimum of eight inspections for each garment
